Investing in yourself is simply investing time to acquire knowledge. This may include purchasing books and materials. I believe strongly that power, whether spiritual, financial or otherwise, increases on the same level of knowledge. What I mean,is the level of your capacity is directly proportional to the amount of information you’ve consumed.
- LEADERSHIP ISN’T TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS
Well, this might sound harsh to the educational system in Nigeria. But the truth is you don’t learn leadership in schools or seminars. The best these tutors can do is to open you up to the dynamics of leadership.
They guide you about the principles of leadership. It’s up to you to step out and live it out. You don’t learn to be a leader, you become it.
